When it comes to equality between men and women in the U.S., not only has the proverbial glass ceiling been more than partially shattered, overall women are getting special privileges in areas indicating tremendous assaults on the basic human rights of men.

Just one lynchpin taking away men's individual rights and freedoms of choice is called “The Selective Service Act”. This archaic act was passed in 1917, with subsequent outdated amendments, none of which are in line with modern thinking of “equality”. It is incompatible with propaganda that we are a “free country” with equal opportunity and treatment for all. The Selective Service act is unconstitutional as it goes against the very grain of any “equal opportunity employer act”. Under this act, employers must not discriminate against people regardless of race, sex, religion, physical or mental disability, etc.

Here are just a couple of crossroads where we need to take a closer look at men’s rights. With modern warfare of robotics technology, the parable that men are “physically better equipped for war” is rendered totally mute. Physical strength is as much genetic if not more than gender specific, albeit perhaps with the injection of potentially cancer causing steroids. What is testosterone but a metaphor for “manhood”?
